Services covered by most extended health care benefit plans our treatments range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Our treatments are designed to facilitate the body’s ability to bring balance back in a holistic way.

Massage + Breath
Meet massage therapy and Meditation in one
Ever wanted to try meditation but you have a hard time quieting the mind? Or perhaps you you thought about meditation before but never get around to sitting down to practice. This massage treatment is specifically designed for those that have the desire to learn meditation, and want to benefit from a regular massage treatment. Expect a 45 minute hands on treatment ending with a beautiful guided meditation with our very own certified meditation teacher Meshi.

Dynamic Cupping
This is part of our 30 minute massage therapy treatment with a twist of course.
Dynamic Cupping uses silicone cups applying negative pressure on the skin. The cup is suctioned onto the skin and/or gliding movements are used along the muscle fibre. Benefits of cupping include increased blood flow to muscles, enhanced general circulation, release of toxicity, loosening of tense fascia, and to sedate the nervous system. Cupping is combined with general Massage Techniques.

Reiki
Massage therapy infused with Reiki? Sign me up!
The mind, body and spirit are treated by gently applying hands-on healing. Reiki releases blocked trauma and emotions and re-establishes a healthy flow of Ki. This life force energy is then able to travel where it is needed, promoting natural healing, stress reduction and relaxation.

Beginners Meditation Class
This online class is designed for those of you that are mentally feel drained and overstimulated. If you’ve been struggling with mental overload and are ready to learn some basic mindfulness based techniques along with being guided through a regular meditation practice this class is for you.
All experience levels are welcome and our theme changes weekly. No props required however we strongly encourage you to bring anything that’ll allow you to be comfortable.
